Yoga that brings you

back to yourself

Gentle, grounding practices to reconnect breath, body, and awareness.

Yoga is more than a movement.

I’m trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga (200h YTT, Yoga Alliance), certified in Rishikesh — the spiritual heart of yoga tradition.

My teaching is rooted in awareness, breath, and presence. It’s not about perfect poses, flexibility or performance — but about coming back to your body and your breath, just as you are.

For me, yoga is more than a physical practice. It’s a way of living — meeting life with curiosity, compassion, and the willingness to slow down.

Each time we step on the mat, we practice qualities that shape how we move through the world: patience, awareness, and kindness. And when the class ends, that practice continues — in the way we think, speak, and act, and in the respect we show toward ourselves, others, and our environment.

Breathwork & Pranayama

Breathwork—or pranayama—is a vital part of yoga: conscious breathing practices that support clarity, calm, and emotional balance. These practices have been used for centuries to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with presence.

I work with both classical pranayama and modern, evidence-informed breathwork—always context-sensitive and trauma-aware.

  • In my yoga classes, I teach original pranayama from the yogic tradition, honoring traditional pacing, sequencing, and contraindications.

  • In dedicated breathwork sessions (1:1 or corporate), I may also include modern techniques for on-the-spot regulation—chosen to match your state (morning vs. evening, high arousal vs. low energy, focus vs. wind-down).

In class or in a 1:1 session, I’ll guide you back to your breath, help you regulate stress, and anchor attention in the body—without complexity, at a pace that feels safe.

Breathwork can be energizing or soothing depending on your needs—and with regular practice, it becomes a simple, powerful way to return to balance in everyday life.

Inside a Class

Each class is a gentle journey — shaped by intention, breath, and presence.

We begin with a short arrival: softening into the moment, awakening the spine, and tuning into your breath and your body. Through Sun Salutations and selected asanas, we explore movement with awareness — often focusing on themes like grounding, hip opening, or spine & posture.

Pranayama and stillness guide the way toward integration, followed by a spacious savasana to close.

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, my classes offer a steady rhythm: simple, nurturing, and anchored in presence.

Reflections from Those I’ve Worked With

"Isabel showed me how important it is to become and stay close to yourself. Making mind and body sinc with each other. I really enjoyed the yoga with her, a peaceful moment i'd like to continue back home."

Female (26), Netherlands

"I have to admit: I never understood yoga before. I thought it was boring and pointless. That completely changed thanks to Isabel.

For almost four months now, I’ve been practicing yoga regularly – often daily, sometimes even twice a day, in the morning and evening. It helps me tremendously to unwind from my stressful job and find some peace. It’s also been a huge help with my sleep issues. And the pain I used to have in my upper back? Completely gone. I’m truly grateful to Isabel for introducing me to yoga – with so much patience, calmness, and motivation. To everyone I once rolled my eyes at when they talked about yoga: I’m sorry. I was wrong.

Thank you, Isabel – I’m so glad yoga is now part of my life."
