We only produce what is actually needed. By making each garment on demand, we help reduce unnecessary overproduction and waste.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
We want you to love what you receive.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
We'll review your request as quickly as possible and work with our production partner to make things right.
Please don't return any items before contacting us first.
Right of Withdrawal (Customers in Germany and the European Union)
If you are purchasing as a consumer and mandatory consumer protection laws apply to your purchase, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your order within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at mindfulessentials@isabelmaass.com with a clear statement of your decision. Please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.Made-to-order products
Because our products are made on demand, we do not offer voluntary exchanges or returns for wrong size selection, change of mind or ordering the wrong product, unless mandatory consumer rights apply.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Return address
If your return is approved, we'll send you the instructions for returning your item.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as we may not be able to process unsolicited returns.
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in a condition suitable for resale.
Exchanges
Because every garment is produced on demand, we currently don't offer direct exchanges.
To help you choose the right fit, we've included a detailed size guide on every product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know as soon as possible whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
